Well, this is my first course in this program. I have thought so many times about completing this credential. However, I underestimated the rigorous work that comes with this program. I have worked in the school system for many years and knew what other positions entail however, I never thought being a principal was so tedious.
Some activities that were great in this course were the ability to gain insight into administrators who must always be on top of things. This is new because I have worked as a school psychologist for 6 years. I am excited to be here and move forward on this journey.
One thing I learned is that chronic absenteeism is an overall problem nationwide wide and a solution needs to be found.
