What I learned from this course...
1. Chronic Absenteeism is a pandemic...
2. I learned that Collaboration is essential to resolve conflicting issues.
This course has been an intensive course with so much information to learn. This is my second course and I still feel a bit overwhelmed. I feel that as the courses go by and I keep learning more and more I will feel more comfortable with what I am doing. I have asked myself, what have I've gotten myself into, but there is not turning back, only forward! To those who are on this journey like myself, you got this!
